Pym & WIldsmith, based in Uttoxeter are metal powder-coaters and provide metal spraying and shot-blasting. They have two sites and needed to communicate between them. Office A couldn"t take more calls until Office B had completed a call.
They needed a new telephone system that was user-friendly and customer-friendly as their current system routed calls to the wrong areas of the business, customers had to wait to be called back if someone was not available and they could not communicate between offices.
