Trojan's move took place quietly over a weekend in July with no disruption to their customer service. Thanks to Trojan's own advanced telecommunication systems the company was able to effectively run the business and move boxes at the same time.

Using IP telephone technology means that Trojan's business telephone numbers remain unchanged and diversion of numbers and direct dial numbers to mobiles meant that staff could work and move the business seamlessly.
