Problem: The business was moving location and needed to keep the same business telephone number and DDI numbers. The business had been using the same number for over 30 years and it was crucial that this remained in place.
Solution: As the company was moving out of the exchange area they were unable to keep the number. Trojan’s solution was to configure and install an IP telephony solution that enables a number to be ported anywhere in the country. This is the only solution available in these circumstances.
IP telephony provides a multitude of features including voice mail, voice recording, presence management and call divert anywhere in the UK including mobiles. The system goes through a router over a private internet connection ensuring call quality and security.
