Problem: Leicestershire-based medium sized business moving from Earl Shilton to Hinckley. They were an existing BT customer but didn’t feel confident with BT managing the project. They turned to Trojan Communications who provided the following services.
Solution: Trojan Communications worked with the client over the length of the two and half month project. Regular liaison with the client was essential for the smooth running of the project as it involved;
- Managing the installation of new lines- Transferring the existing business telephone number- Transferring all existing equipment- Installing the cabling
Trojan’s commitment to the client was for the telephone system to be working on the day the new office opened. To do this meant complete focus, planning and organisation as Trojan were responsible for liaising with BT, the IT department, the sign writers and the builders.
